Embracing Us is a place to share my quiet reflections on parenting, unschooling, neurodiversity and life.

I live on a 7000 acre grain and sheep farm in Western Australia with my husband, and three children, plus two dogs, two cats, six chooks, and a few thousand sheep. I never would have guessed that when I laid eyes on a handsome farmer at 3am in a dodgy nightclub back in 2003 I would end up marrying him!

We have a truly blessed life. We are an unschooling, neurodivergent family, embracing all that life has to offer – adventure, love, spirit, connection, diversity, and each other. Read a little more about our life here.
